Michael has been involved in Perth’s commercial property industry for over 25 years having commenced his career with Jones Lang LaSalle and later with Colliers International where he was the Head of the Commercial and Industrial Management Department.

For the 10 years prior to establishing Icom Property Michael worked as the Group Asset Manager at a privately owned development group responsible for the management of the group’s $1.2 billion property portfolio with assets located in Western Australia and Victoria. The gross lettable area under management exceeded 900,000sqm and included overseeing all financial and physical management, lease negotiations and documentation, conveyancing and legal matters.

Michael brings to Icom a wide range of experience with expertise in Asset, Property and Development Management specialising in lease negotiations, financial budgeting and building positive working relationships with tenants.

Michael’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Degree (Accounting), a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management), he is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Triennial Certificate holder.

Pasha D’Silva has over 15 years experience in the consulting and banking industry.  He was based in Hong Kong for 13 years and was Head of Business Development & Strategy, Asia Global Markets for BBVA, one of the Eurozone’s major banks.

He was subsequently transferred to Abu Dhabi as Chief Representative to establish the Middle East operations for the Bank from zero in 2012.  Pasha was previously a Partner in the Hong Kong office of Korn Ferry International, a global consulting firm listed on the NYSE.  He earned his MBA form the Australian Graduate School of Management (University of New South Wales) in 2003, and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics & Marketing) from Curtin University, Western Australia in 1994.

Pasha was raised in Perth and for several years in Singapore, and now lives permanently back home in W.A.
